There once was a young girl named Ava, who hailed from a five generation New Orleans family. Neither Hurricane Katrina nor a move to Bainbridge Island, Washington could erase the spirit of New Orleans from her heart. Her belief in lagniappe (a little something extra!) and the daily reminder of her gris gris (a good luck charm!) inspired her to recruit her older sister Margaux in a specialty food venture. Armed with recipes passed down from their great great great grandmother, Ava and Margaux perfected a line of traditional pralines (praw-leens) made from organic ingredients that will spread the joyful and resilient spirit of NOLA in every bite.
